Returns (Non-Defective Items)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and professional use standards, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used products
Gel products, liquids, and nail coatings once opened
Items marked as final sale
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund
Return shipping (if required) will be covered by us

Exchanges
